- Customer Record Creation: Upon creating a new customer record, we send a custom web form that includes an opt-in checkbox for SMS notifications. The customer fills out and submits the form.
- Future Implementation: We plan to embed a web form on our website for prospective customers requesting a quote. This form will include an SMS opt-in option, ensuring consent is recorded at the time of customer record creation.
